Project Capsule: D’s Auto World Modular Sales Office
This modular sales office building was constructed for an auto dealership. D’s Auto World is a picture of quality design that minors the floor plan and specs of its stick-built counterpart, all with a 20% cost savings. The exterior was finished with Hurcubond split-faced Mock & stucco. The finish was utilized throughout the building’s design in both the landscaping edge and the reception area. A 42′ parapet mansard, longitudinal roof trusses, roof scuppers, and concealed gutters were also utilized. Upgraded carpet, solid core doors and recessed, diffused lighting finish the interior atmosphere. In addition to the cost savings of the modular application, the customer was able to move in to their new facility in an amazing 52 days.
