Project Capsule: Berean Modular Church
Berean Modular Church is a 10,000 sq. ft. modular building customized to meet the congragation’s vision, meanwhile providing a substantial cost savings.
The interior was gutted then the building was taken back to an open shell. Since the use of the building was altered, the re-design was submitted to the State Manufactured Housing Division for an approval.
The interior of the building has a 12 ft. ceiling with clearspan trusses. Other innovative features include custom wall finishes and enhancements to the exterior height of the building with a parapet wall. Ultimately stucco and natural stone to create a pleasing façade. Finally fire sprinklers where installed to meet state codes for a place of assembly.
