Project Capsule: Northeast Christian Church Modular Building
Northeast Christian Church modular building was designed above all to meet the needs of a growing congregation. Whether a congregation of 5000, or a day school for 50, Pac-Van-quality prefabricated modular buildings deliver major economies benifits.
This 3,600 square foot building was designed to be used as a nursery. The building is comprised of 6 – 12x50s and includes many extras including two storefront doors with canopies, a covered walkway from the back door to the main building, and upgraded carpeting and padding throughout. Despite many rain delays, this project was completed in 120 days.
The customer was able to utilize the original used 5-ton HVAC units, which added to their savings and the wall-mounted HVACs are screened from view. This modular project was able to save the church thousands of dollars on their new building.
