Project Capsule: Universal Healthcare Modular Office
Universal Healthcare modular office is a 112×60’ mixed-use building that serves as a center for the counseling and rehabilitation of troubled youth.
The design includes (3) 24×30’ classrooms and a counseling center separate by a 1-hour fire rated hallway. The counseling center has (19) offices, a break room, and a large work area in the middle. There are (4) restrooms in the building. The exterior of the modular healthcare facility was customized to match the architecture of the existing dormitory.
One of the key challenges overcome with the building site was a slope requiring 6’ high piers on one end. This project was completed in only 5 weeks.
