Project Capsule: DePaul Cristo Hillside Modular Campus
This modular campus was constructed for DePaul Cristo Hillside. After some complex sitework was completed, 27 modules were crane set into place. The site built grand entryway was constructed on the middle building. Configurations and layouts for buildings #1 and #2 were modified drastically to allow for offices, labs and classrooms to conform with the client’s campus needs. The building façade is a combination of split face block and hardie panel, along with custom sills. The landscaping, with stone walls and walks, helps to enhance a beautiful set of buildings. The school is utilizing the modular buildings for classrooms, science labs, and also administration offices.
