Project Capsule: Madison Towers Modular Building
Madison Towers Modular Building is 5,760 square foot and used as a sales office for upscale condominiums in Las Vegas. The building consists of clear span trusses, ceiling detail and steel headers. Ultimately is provides space for an open sales area complete with a kitchen and bathroom. In addition it was delivered and completely finished in 55 days! This project won the “Best of Show” award at the 2001 Modular Building Institute’s annual award ceremony.
