Project Capsule: Shea East Mobile Modular Sales Office
This modular sales office is a 1,344 square foot building developed for Shea Homes. This project is a great example of the endless options that are available with modular construction. Despite the additional site work that was completed, including custom finished interior walls, ceiling and floors, a gorgeous wrap-around porch and a faux roofline, this project was still completed in 3 months!
