The job responsibilities consist of:

  • Branch Results – work with the branch team to develop and execute action plans to meet or exceed branch growth and performance targets
  • Branch Operations – ensure profitable services
  • Sales and sales support as needed
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Fleet Administration ensuring fleet accuracy
  • Facility management
  • Vehicle operations and maintenance
  • Operations Team, assist with hiring, training and retaining team
  • Accounting and Administrative functions – assist with transactions

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-making
  • Computer & IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A track record of business success and responsibility growth
