As written about in a past blog, Pac-Van has been working with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department in Fort Wayne Indiana to build tactical training structures for its regional training facility. Pac-Van’s Indianapolis branch has constructed a total of three structures all built using modified shipping containers.
Custom Elite Residential Emergency Tactical Training Center
This training facility is a two-story structure set up as a mock residential space. Made-up of two modified 20’ and three 40’ shipping containers, it has a total of 1,360 square feet of training space. This structure features three bedrooms with closets, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a garage. It was built with an internal staircase, outdoor second story balcony, windows, and interior and exterior doors. This training facility will be used in hostage simulations training, providing the departments with a safe and realistic place to train.
