Sales Representative -Bedford, OH

Pac-Van competes in the mobile office, storage container, and modular building industry with a nationwide presence including 24 locations in 16 states.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lease and sell mobile offices, modular buildings, storage products, steps, and ancillary products
  • Develop and build profitable, long-term customer relationships
  • Sales activities: prospecting, value selling, and closing
  • Interact with corporate resources to ensure effective and efficient execution of business process activities at the branch level

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-making
  • Strong selling skills

  • Modular building or construction industry experience is a plus. 

Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and commissions. Competitive benefits including medical and 401(k) plan.
