Project Capsule: Clark County Schools – Nevada
Permanent modular buildings designed for functionality and cost effectiveness.
Clark County School District has plenty of space and functionality in this 34,560 square foot office complex.
The two buildings include meeting rooms, restrooms, break rooms, IT rooms, private offices, and large bull pen areas. Floor coverings are a patterned rubber backed long life carpet. Entry flooring is tile to minimize maintenance. Value was added through an energy saving electrical system, motion activated lighting, and increased insulation factors for years of energy savings. Elevators to the second floor were installed, and at each end of the building there are stairwells.
The versatile stucco finish exterior and two tone paint with a steel canopy above the glass entry doors. Situated in a business district, the buildings blend well with the Southwestern architecture nearby.
