When the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Littleton, Colorado was in need of temporary office space during a major renovation, they called Pac-Van.

Our solution was simple. We provided a high quality modular building that enabled them to keep their entire operation under one roof while their office was remodeled. The ability to have their sales team, managers, and administrative staff in the same building instead of spread out between three or more separate, temporary offices allowed them to continue with their normal day-to-day operations, virtually uninterrupted.

The exterior appearance of the building was important since it would serve as a backdrop for their high-end products. Pac-Van’s modular sales office features a neutral, wood-grain look that complements virtually any location. The added skirting, ramps and steps allowed easy access to the temporary modular building and provided a nicely finished look.

For the inside, the dealership needed waiting areas, conference rooms and professional offices. The space provided by Pac-Van’s modular sales office was exactly what the dealership needed. This six-piece building had plenty of room for all of the employees. If necessary, this modular building could have been expanded by simply adding more sections to provide additional offices. One of the best characteristics of this building is that it was in stock and ready to be customized and delivered.
