One of Pac-Van’s biggest advantages over the competition is having twenty-six local offices with sales and service all being directly managed from your area – not from a corporate office on the other side of the country. What that means for our customers is a level of responsiveness that is second-to-none.

In the unfortunate event that you need a mobile office or storage container on very short notice, Pac-Van is able to be there. For example, we recently deployed a mobile office for a restaurant following a fire that rendered their building a complete loss. We were able to have a temporary office trailer on site the next day. The owner of the restaurant had worked with one of our reps previously and knew he could expect quick service. The portable building will provide a location for employees to pick up checks, an office to handle mail and phone calls, and a place to meet with contractors leading up to and during the construction of the new building. It also houses security equipment to help deter looting of the remains of the building before demolition can be completed.

While most of the time Pac-Van is not responding to emergency situations, it is still nice to know that we can provide service or delivery to meet your schedule. So many times we hear that our customers like to work with us because a live person answers the phone, and Pac-Van is able to meet their needs immediately. That doesn’t mean that we aren’t busy – it just means that prompt, dependable, LOCAL service has been one of our priorities since the founding of the company in 1993.
