The responsibilities and characteristics will include:

Strong sales management and selling skills.

Representing Pac-Van in a professional manner in order to develop and build profitable, long-term customer relationships.

Managing overall branch performance.

Effectively leading, developing, and managing a cross-functional team consisting of sales, maintenance, transportation, and administrative staff to provide superior selling and service.

Interacting with corporate resources to ensure effective & efficient execution of core process activities at the branch level.

Communicating with Management Team personnel regarding branch performance and expectations.

Quickly developing a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-making.
Modular Building or Construction Industry experience is a plus. Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance. Limited amount of local and overnight travel. Compensation will include base salary, commission, performance-based bonus, and benefits.
